Ms. Morkas is a seasoned finance professional with over 18 years of diverse experience in internal audit, investment analysis, regulatory compliance, and financial advisory, spanning the corporate, non-profit, and public sectors in Pakistan. She began her career at A.F. Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants (a member firm of PwC), where she completed her articleship and gained in-depth exposure to statutory audits, financial reporting, and special advisory assignments.
A Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a certified professional from the Institute of Financial Markets of Pakistan (IFMP), she brings a rare combination of technical excellence and strategic acumen. Her expertise includes leading complex internal audits, managing investment portfolios worth billions, and advising institutions on process optimization, ERP integration, and financial governance.
Saima has held key leadership roles, including Senior Vice President – Finance (Investments) at EFU General Insurance Limited and Internal Auditor at Dawat-e-Hadiyah, where she conducted audits across hospitals, schools, property trusts, and private limited companies.
With a deep understanding of ERP systems, business feasibility studies, financial reporting standards, and risk management frameworks, she offers tailored consulting to SMEs that balances compliance with business growth.
Dr. Batool Darukhanawalla

Dr. Darukhanawalla is a finance and entrepreneurship expert with over 15 years of academic and industry experience. She Co-founded S&B Advisors and Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. with a mission to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by offering strategic ERP solutions and Accounting consultancy tailored to their needs.
Batool holds an MBA in Finance, an MS in Finance, and earned her PhD. in Entrepreneurship, where her research focused on innovative business models and sustainable growth for emerging enterprises. She bridges the gap between business strategy and technology.
Her professional journey includes advising start ups, mentoring women entrepreneurs, and contributing to research in the areas of business innovation and financial literacy. Passionate about empowering local businesses, Batool leads with a values-driven approach, emphasizing transparency, accountability, and long-term impact.
Outside of her professional work, she is a strong advocate for education, inclusion, and continuous learning principles she applies both within her company and the broader entrepreneurial community.
